With so many Training Organisations representing themselves in the coaching and mentoring industry; the consumers are having challenges finding the right Training Organisations to train with.

Star Ratings are provided by the consumers.  They are not a validation of the service or services provided but are simply the opinion of another person who has used the service or services offered by the Training Organisations.  It is the recommendation of the IRCM, for any course and/or workshop selected; that the consumer has done their own due-diligence.

The IRCM encourages the clients of the Coach and/or Mentor to provide input into the IRCM’s Star System, whether your Coach and/or Mentor is listed on this register or not.

This is important for the end-user consumer, as the training organisation, may still be promoting their membership or accreditation/credential with a Professional Body; but may not be providing training currently.  In addition, it is important for those consumers who are selecting their coaches and/or mentors to be aware of the quality and competence of each coach and/or mentor, based on their training.  A training organisation no longer trading, does not mean that the course and/or workshop training is invalid; in fact, the course and/or workshop may still meet the requirements for coaches and/or mentors.
