The IRCM’s Star System is based on facts provided by the consumers; who are buyers, end-users, clients, customers, students, and members.
With so many Professional Organisations, Training Organisations, Coaches and Mentors representing themselves in the coaching and mentoring industry, the consumers are having challenges finding the right individual or organisation.
As Star Ratings are provided by the consumers, it is important to know that they are not an IRCM validation of the service or services provided but are simply the opinion of another person who has used the individual or organisations service or services. The only validation the IRCM can provide is through accreditation. Therefore, it is the recommendation of the IRCM, that the consumer does their own due-diligence.
The IRCM encourages the all consumers to provide input into the IRCM’s Star System.
