A code of ethics sets out the values and conduct that underpin the obligation of each organisation and individual within the coaching and mentoring industry.

This starts with the IRCM and goes through each different type of organisation, coach and mentor within this industry.

To assist consumers (also known as buyers or end-users) buying the products and services provided by each organisation and individual within the coaching and mentoring industry, the IRCM has created a number of codes including a consumers’ guideline.
