1. Conditions for ACCREDITED Professional Bodies on the IRCM CIC’s Professional Body Directory.

Each ACCREDITED Professional Body is recognised as a REGISTERED Professional Body with an additional level of validation.

Therefore, any Professional Body that has gained its Accreditation with the IRCM CIC, the terms, conditions, and toolkit for REGISTERED Professional Bodies is automatically included.

All individuals and organisations that are REGISTERED and Professional Bodies that are ACCREDITED on one or more of the IRCM’s Directories have selected to demonstrate their commitment to excellence by abiding by the IRCM CIC’s Codes of Conduct:

If there is any breach of these Codes of Conduct, the IRCM CIC reserves the right to remove the individual or organisation from the relevant Directory, and they may only be reinstated once the breach has been resolved.

Each Professional Body ACCREDITED on the IRCM CIC’s Professional Body Directory agrees to comply with the Toolkit listed below.

Under no circumstances will the Professional Body imply IRCM CIC approval or suggest that they are in partnership with the IRCM CIC.

In the event of any grievance, dispute, or formal complaint, the IRCM CIC uses the Ombudsman Service.

All grievance, dispute, or formal complaint will be dealt with respectfully in the first instance using the facilitation process.  The Ombudsman Service will ensure that there is no conflict of interest. Should facilitation not provide a satisfactory outcome for both parties, a formal complaints procedure exists to protect both yourself, the IRCM CIC, and all consumers.
